Cancellations or Rescheduling:

• Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
   
• Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a charge of 50% of the session fee.
   

No-Shows:

• Failure to attend without notice will result in a 100% session fee being charged.
