Cancellation Policy (Within 48 Hours)

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans must change. However, to ensure fair scheduling and optimal use of our clinic’s resources, we kindly request the following:

Cancellations or Rescheduling:

  • Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a charge of 50% of the session fee.

No-Shows:

  • Failure to attend without notice will result in a 100% session fee being charged.

We deeply value your time and ours. This policy helps us maintain a respectful and efficient service for all clients on their journey to reclaim strength and confidence.

PARKING & TRANSPORT INFORMATION

We aim to make your visit as smooth and convenient as possible. Pelvic Floor London is easily accessible by public transport, with the nearest stations being Frognal & Finchley Road Station and Golders Green Station. There is also a bus stop conveniently located directly opposite our office. If you are driving, you can find free parking available on surrounding residential roads, subject to availability. Full directions and parking guidance will be provided once your appointment is confirmed.
